If you can’t see your Kube when the Android app is scanning, please follow these steps:
- Check if Kube’s blue LED is blinking, if it doesn’t start to blink after 30 seconds try to reinsert the Kube
- Be sure to be near your Kube
- Check if your smartphone Bluetooth is turned on, if it already active, try to turn it off and on again
- If your smartphone Location is disabled, try to enable it. Otherwise if it is already enabled, try to disabled it
